30 HOUR BROKER POST-LICENSING
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 

• These courses are only for Broker licensees on Provisional Status who obtained their licenses after October 1, 2005.

• Broker Licensees on Provisional Status are required to complete 90 hours of post-licensing within 3 years of obtaining their license.

• Students must minimally complete one 30-hour post-licensing course by each anniversary of obtaining their license, although all three can be taken the first year.

• These courses do not provide continuing education credit.

• Post-licensing courses can be completed in any order.

• Textbooks are NOT included in the tuition for the Post-Licensing courses. Students will be required to purchase the North Carolina Real Estate Manual, 2008-2009 edition at a cost of $50. This text is used for all three Post-Licensing courses. Textbooks may be purchased at the HPW Real Estate School.
