For the 30 Hour Broker Course - Textbooks are NOT included in the tuition for the Post-Licensing courses. Students will be required to purchase the North Carolina Real Estate Manual, 2008-2009 edition at a cost of $50. This text is used for all three Post-Licensing courses. Textbooks may be purchased at the HPW Real Estate School.

PLEASE NOTE: According to NC Real Estate Commission rules you cannot register for multiple post licensing courses that will result in a student attending more than 21 classroom hours in a week.
