THE MANDATORY UPDATE COURSE

This year's Update course will focus on Agency Disclosure Requirements, Selected Property Management Issues, "Due Diligence" in the Residential Transaction, Licensing and Education Review, and Real Estate Agent Safety.

BROKER-IN-CHARGE ANNUAL REVIEW (BICAR) COURSE

This year's BICAR course will focus on Dual and Designated Dual Agency, Compensation Issues, as well as Broker-In-Charge Requirements. The BICAR course is ONLY to be taken by those licensees who are currently designated as a Broker-In-Charge. Brokers-In-Charge MUST take the BICAR course in the first FULL license period following designation as a BIC. It need NOT be taken during the same licensing period that the BIC was designated. Although the BICAR course is not technically an Elective course, it must be taken with the Mandatory Update course to satisfy the 8 hours of CE credits per licensing year.
