IMPORTANT NOTE The BICAR course is ONLY to be taken by those licensees who are currently designated as a Broker-In-Charge. Brokers-In-Charge MUST take the BICAR course in the first FULL license period following designation as a BIC. It need NOT be taken during the same licensing period that the BIC was designated. Although the BICAR course is not technically an Elective course, it must be taken with the Mandatory Update course to satisfy the 8 hours of CE credits per licensing year.
