THE MANDATORY UPDATE COURSE

This year’s Mandatory Update Course from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission will feature the changes in the new Offer to Purchase and Contract form, Practical applications of the new contract form as well as licensing and education issues.

BROKER-IN-CHARGE ANNUAL REVIEW (BICAR) COURSE

This year’s BICAR course will address important agency issues that every Broker-In-Charge is responsible for. IMPORTANT NOTE The BICAR course is ONLY to be taken by those licensees who are currently designated as a Broker-In-Charge. Brokers-In-Charge MUST take the BICAR course in the first FULL license period following designation as a BIC. It need NOT be taken during the same licensing period that the BIC was designated. Although the BICAR course is not technically an Elective course, it must be taken with the Mandatory Update course to satisfy the 8 hours of CE credits per licensing year.
