License Law, Rules and Regulations
Note: Students will ONLY be tested on the following sections.
License Law:
- License Law: Article 1 (all sections); Article 4 (Sections 93A-39 thru 42, 44, 45, 51, 54, 56, and 58)
Commission Rules:
- Subchapter 58A (Sections .0100, .0500, .1600, .1700 and .1900);
- Subchapter 58B (Sections .0400 thru .0600)
Students should download the License Law and Rule Comments along with all Quick Notes relative to License Law.
Also, download the practice License Law examination.
