Kim Frye has over 20 years experience in Real Estate Sales and Management. It is Real Estate Education, however, that interests her most. "My goal as an educator is not to simply see the students pass the test, but to see them succeed in this wonderful industry. In that regard, I will do all that I can!" And Kim’s email inbox shows it! After passing the state exam, students often email her to celebrate their success – which they credit to her impeccable instruction. She has many instructor-developed teaching materials that she effectively uses in class to help her students understand the concepts, and she also believes in the importance of getting her students involved during class. The phones at the school are constantly ringing with students wanting to find out when Kim’s next class is starting.
Originally from Ohio, Kim now resides in Garner, North Carolina with her husband Daniel. In her spare time, she enjoys showing and breeding Labrador Retrievers, biking, fishing and anything else that allows her to spend time outdoors.
Kim is a member of the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association and is a magna cum laude graduate of the International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida.
